Case of the missing elephant?

A really random thing has happened to me. I launched the game yesterday for the first time in a couple months and loaded up my favorite save. In this save, I have (had) a baby Indian Elephant named Tejas. For no real reason, this was my favorite animal in the whole zoo. Really, my only favorite animal in any of my zoos. Well, when I launched the game little Tejas was no where to be found. He wasn't in any the family trees of the other elephants in the herd (so he wasn't dead or released, because it would specify that) or in the trade center. I even checked other saves I had of that zoo and nothing, couldn't find him anywhere. I feel like I've lost my mind lol I have no idea what happened to him. The only thing I could think of is during one of the patches, that name or something got patched and so he's not actually gone, just renamed something else. There are 4 juvenile elephants in that habitat, so who knows, maybe he's there in disguise! Anyway, just wanted to see if Frontier could verify anything or if any other player had noticed something similar happening to them. Not a huge deal, just really weird!
