Casual Player - New Bounty System

Hello,

I'm a casual player. I created this username just to come here and ask why I now have to find some specific station with some specific thing (I can't even remember what it's called), just to be able to pay a bounty, to be able to buy mods for my ship? If I didn't have friends that log a ton of hours in this game who could explain this to me, I would have just quit. I honestly still may quit because of this change. I don't log a lot of hours into the game, therefore, I'm not the best pilot or the best with my aim. I hit system security all the time on accident and get bounties. I used to just jump somewhere else and explore. Now I cannot buy mods or get missions without paying this bounty at some specific station that's a huge pain to find. Again, if I didnt have experienced friends, I would have never figured it out.

Why was this implimented?

How is this making the game better?

Are you not worried that you will lose casual players like myself to this?

What about the people who want to play as pirates? 2 hours GAME TIME for 1 kill? Seriously?

I hate the forums. They are filled with people that cry and have too much time on their hands. I would rather avoid them. but I felt compelled to make an account just to point out how horrible of a development decision this was.

The crime and punishment system is being fine-tuned still, and is going to be adjusted again in the next patch, so outfitting and such can be done at any system you don't have a bounty in. And refueling will be available at any station regardless. And the plan going forward is to change it so bounties can be cleared by security contacts until a murder crime is committed, at which point Interstellar Factors must be used.
