[CCN] The Christmas Carriers Convoy

@Qohen Leth roster update for me please. I've decided to combine my trip with the Outlander challenge. I have new CMDR name.

Roster #9 (was CMDR Heat Shield) now:
CMDR Jonny Case, Freelancer/Outlander in a Sidewinder.

Thanks

I would like to request a role change:

Name: Acroci #334
Ship: Dauntless
Role: Stratotanker

Can you plz change 377 TheSpace Gangsta ship type asp explorer

One request is enough. ;)

I'm registered as a freelancer, but can make the convoy date, so would like to change from freelancer to carrier. I can carry cargo. Any recommendations of what to carry would be appreciated.

I am sorry, but I have to bother you with a change, too. #12 will be an Imperial Clipper named "Vanguard" now instead.

All done.

I am in a cutter, so I will bring a 6A AFMU for two reasons. Firstly cost. Mine cost 15 million. That's a whole heap to transfer out after i arrive. Secondly it is as Echo Wake says; Large pads are few and far between, so a modicum of self sufficiency is required.

Just wondering... Is there any benefit in large high-rated AFM units anymore? They might repair faster and have more "ammunition" but repair speed isn't really important out there and ammunition can be restocked by going down to a planet with the SRV. So I think if you need an AFMU then the smallest and cheapest would be enough to fully repair the ship on your own.

Too bad the new crew feature is just for fighting... Would be so cool to hire a mechanic instead of installing an AFMU. This mechanic could then repair the ship by using materials directly.

and another Ship change... sry^^ ...will not do it again [big grin]
Qohen can you please change my registration into:

Anaconda Sun Dragon
Carrier - no weapons just a fighter 4fun!

I was slow to realize but 1800 ITG means 1300 in my time zone, which means I'm going to be at work still, so, obviously I'm not going to be available for the departure event.
Could you please re-classify me as a Freelancer?

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.[blah]

You don't have to participate in the main leaving event to go as a carrier. For the players around my time zone it's at 3-5am, so you're definitely not going to be alone in that :)

Qohen Leth, I'm sorry but I think i'm not up to be a carrier in the CCC. But I still wanna partake in this epic quest to Colonia. So I would like to be changed to a freelancer. Still in my AspX.

As Gunnet said, Carrier does not require you to be at the EU launch. There's a US launch at 0200 IGT, and you can go whenever you want. :)

===============

Will process all tweaks today.

Haven't signed up yet, though I plan on doing so. This will be the first community goal I've participated in.

Got a question. What's the relationship between IGT and actual times zones? For instance, I'm in the Eastern Time Zone (which I believe is UTC - 5:00). This will help me to determine if I'm join as freelancer or roleplay. IRL I'm a nurse so I sometimes work some screwed up hours.
