I feel that Cenozoic is a underrated topic that no one talks about but Mammoths,Smilodons,ect these animals I think would make the game more expanded because JWTG has Cenocoic creatures and so I think these animals would make the world of JWE bigger than just dinosaurs

Why?
Cenozoic animals have had no roles in the Jurassic franchise, apart from the two Ludia games.
Personally speaking, the only non-Mesozoic animals that I would like to see make it to Jurassic World Evolution are Dimetrodon and Titanoboa. The former being featured in Fallen Kingdom and various other Jurassic tie-ins, and the latter being a large reptile that existed just 5 million years after the dinosaurs went extinct.

It has been suggested many times already. And it has also already been confirmed that Frontier currently has no plans for adding such creatures.
