Lets go back over what I said ....That doesn't make sense. You just contradicted yourself.
I'll quote...
"If you contribute more than others you get more than others.
That is how CGs work, and have worked for a long time now."
Followed by...
"If you don't like that, TOUGH. You don't deserve something extra just because Frontier did a thing that benefited others and didn't negatively affect those higher up"
If you get more for contributing more than others in the CG and the CG ends then Frontier change the rules after the CG ends to benefit others then how can you get more for contributing more than others during the CG.
You just said you Contribute more than others, You get more than others. Then say afterwards, tough you don't. How does that work.
How CG's work ...No.
This is not the first CG, and not the first CG in this new run of CG's.
The reward tiers are clearly laid out at the start (although the rewards scale up as the CG gets completed).
If you contribute, you get something.
If you contribute more than others you get more than others.
That is how the CGs work, and have worked for a long time now.
If you don't like that, TOUGH. You don't deserve something extra just because Frontier did a thing that benefited others and didn't negatively affect those higher up.
Seriously, the entitlement is pathetic.
Lowest prize, for contributing.
Highest prize, top 10 contributors.
Tiers between those two levels have rewards scaled to those tiers, so for example, if you make it to the top 25%, you get more rewards than the top 50%, this rewards you based on your contribution.
THIS CG SPECIFICALLY
Still paid out a credits reward, but also paid out an engineered FSD to the top 25%
THEN Frontier extended that to the top 75% after people moaned (something it's sad to say is usual for this forum)
There's two moaning threads, one saying the top 25% deserve extra on top of what they got, and one thread saying everyone should get the FSD.
So no, I didn't contradict myself. You have failed to either understand my explanation (which I concede might be my lack of clarity) or you fail to understand how CG's work ... or both.
