From a developer perspective this bug is the dumbest of them all. Save the config ONLY when the user APPLIES, MANUALLY, the new settings. Bam! Done! Fixed!

Best remove the asteriks as not a good idea .What bug ,ive never had it .They need more info on what exactly causes it as it does not affect everyone so how can they find a bug without info

Really annoying videocassette so much broths belief that our portrays them off so much it's fixing skit had been drilled veto the costumers.

Noticed the same thing. In my case it was the 'free look' binding on my X52.

never happened to me... unless the patchnotes stated that it might happen.
many workarounds like renaming your config file.
never did it, doing daily backups so i can always retrieve my files.

as far as i watched the problem so far, it is about starting the game before your input device is recognized.
but since i'm not a victim of this, i might be wrong...
