Horizons Claims from a far,, where?

I had a mission to deliver something to a planet station, and while I was there I saw that I could turn in all my bounty claims (at a % fee of course) .. well I forgot to bookmark and now I can't seem to find a station to do this again and I can't recall the station I was at.. Where would I find or how do I find a station to do this?

Go to a low security system. You'll find a contact (in the station menu) called Interstellar Factors. That's what you are looking for.
