I am on Xbox. Open mode. Pledged to alliance. Not wanted, 0 notoriety, class 3 hardpoint selected, have cash.....
I have no fed or imp rank, I only own base game NOT horizons (yet), been playing a week....

Try converting the screenshot to a jpg file so it isn't so large, it should let you post it then.

Ain't that crazy? I am on PC though, can't confirm they'd show up for me on Xbox....but it isn't supposed to be different outfitting availability by platform afaik.

I guess they accidentally made the missiles Horizons only, at least on Xbox. Or it's something with your savegame. You should submit a big report and a ticket, if it's related to your savegame support can help.
They added them in 3.2.
Probably one of those "Horizons only" features. Might not be part of the base game.
I guess they don't account for people playing only the base game anymore.

You will struggle with many things, including NPCs by only having access to base game stuff...
Just load it into windows paint and "Save as" -> bottom box change to *.jpg
OP, sorry you've had this bad experience. Next time you see Horizons on sale, snap it up. The game is so much bigger and better when you can access everything, including planets, the srv, even engineers (if you want to).

I guess you missed the part where I said I was on Xbox and I figured out the photos too.
Also for photo editing at least learn Gimp.
Now it doesn't say in game or ANYWHERE that it's a horizons item, not a word anywhere
