Class 4 Weapons

When are we getting more class 4 weapons? I know there was talk of it a while back, but haven't heard anything since?

Really need some class 4 energy weapons, or even a class 4 rail gun.. My FDL is getting hungry.... Hate the class 4 canon, and the even though the class 4 PA is awesome, its not really practical in the long run... I hate saying that, cause I love it so much, but its the truth.

What have we even seen in the past year? I'm going by FD's past actions (or lack thereof).

When was the last time weapons were even added/balanced (other than that blanket missile nerf that rendered them completely useless)? If FD doesn't officially announce/hype something, don't expect it. Again, I'm going by their actions over the past year.
