Besides, the problems with Odyssey go far beyond the lack of VR.

You're making a big deal out of something that most people have just never touched upon. Sorry, but right now, VR is the least of this game's problems.

Let me make this clear.

You do not need VR to play ED. If you dislike it without VR, I respect your choices. However, that does not mean you are incapable of playing without.

Until you can prove to me you physically require a VR headset to play this game, I will not be taking any claims of "I need VR" seriously.

Thing is, FD doesn't have any responsibility to maintain that equipment's perceived worth.

People seem to forget that game devs do not have to support our chosen hardware at all, and yes, can pull support for any or no reason.
