In the Codex, in each sector it lists a series of object types, with rumored, reported, and confirmed. my question is, if an object type does not initially appear in the codex at all, does that mean it does not exist in the sector at all?
it doesn't. if a regions codex does not list a terraformable ammonia world, it only means nobody has found one.In the Codex, in each sector it lists a series of object types, with rumored, reported, and confirmed. my question is, if an object type does not initially appear in the codex at all, does that mean it does not exist in the sector at all?
so if I find something that is not currently in the codex, it will still pop up the notification, and add it to the codex?it doesn't. if a regions codex does not list a terraformable ammonia world, it only means nobody has found one.
even though for some codex entries (mainly the biological ones) it looks as if there are spawn conditions restricted to some regions.
there are also some star types, which have only be found in not proc gen systems.
yes, new things get addedso if I find something that is not currently in the codex, it will still pop up the notification, and add it to the codex?
for exampel some of the white dwarfs.and what star types, other than the supermassive black hole at SagA*?

i checked the one listed for the sol region - that AW isn't terrasformable... didn't get the codex entry, iw onder how the commander did, who got it in thereEvery single "terraformable ammonia world" you see in the Codex is a lie.

yes, i know that.Only the person who first finds a particular type of object in a region gets listed as discoverer in the codex, anyone else just gets "confirmed" underneath the listing.
