For example, a mission can be visible on all terminals by jurisdiction where the player post its mission.
He pays for submitting one time and the mission is visible for a duration he pays for.
Only one mission by player is submit-able. The player gives on advert what resources he needs and for what construction site it is.
When a player that accept mission gives a certain amount of resources given he is paid by a percentage for the entire mission reward price.
