Combar vs Analysis Mode

Why is it that when I come out of supercruise if I am in analysis mode it immediately changes to combat mode and vice versa?

Does this happen only when coming out of SC? If it happens going in, I'd suggest it is a bindings issue.
Otherwise, I have no ides, it doesn't happen to me, ever... (well, so far, anyway! )
