General Comm Tab Messages for Server Downtime

Similar to what we get for powerplay updates, it would be extremely helpful to get notifications via the comms tab for server downtime several days in advance so we can be prepared for it. The current in-game notifications don't help if you're not actually on, and if you're not on the forums regularly you're not going to know it's coming. Having it sit there in the comms tab until you read it makes it much easier to not gloss over, especially since it's going to show the unread message icon until you do.

It's very frustrating to log in expecting to grind for upgrades only to be notified that the servers are going down for 8 hours in one minute.

The release schedule has been plastered over the forums for the last week, the usual start is 7am UTC and then it comes back some time around 3pm UTC.

I personally have seen three threads on the patch release date with one giving downtime times, sallys one today even gives download sizes

I guess, that information about scheduling etc. might be interrupted by many occasions and unexpectedness. Though i find, that a bit more info about server status in current moment would be also good. Something so..
