I'm at Musgrave Relay in the Mbukuravi system. I'm looking for the interface to allow me to buy cargo, but buggered if I can find it. Starport Services does not have a 'commodities marked' button like it shows in the manual. Any ideas, please?

Not all locations have all facilities. That location does not have a Commodities market.
Yep. Very few stations have ALL the services.
When you select a station in system map, you can check which facilities it has prior to going there, if you want to save time. Provided you have data for that system (Either it's commonly known system, or you bought the data, or scanned the system or dowloaded the data from a nav beacon
