Community Goals not showing up

I've been gone for a while - but I bought Horizon/Odyssey and thought I'd have some fun.

When I go to get a community goal - whether I'm in Odyssey or Horizons they say "No community goals available"

I've tried open, and solo - on foot and in my ship.

What am I doing wrong here?

To be fair I don't recall showing active CG's to be bugged, ever. So one can safely assume if there are no CG's shown in game - that means there are no CG's this week :)

To be fair - not everyone sits on the forums looking for announcements - That's what the loading screen is for - ya know, that place where they put out all the updates and news so players can see... ;)

That's actually what the launcher is for. They expect us to at least glance over the articles before clicking "Play". The latest CG will be in the articles, and we can determine if it's active based on the date. If the CG-related article was posted more that a week ago, the CG has already ended.

The game's main menu articles are in order, but have no date-stamps. They're only meant to be a very brief synopsis, and nothing more.

I personally use MinEDLauncher, so I never see the articles. I don't care about CG's anymore though.

Community Goals are only available in Odyssey now and if there is one going on it doesn't make any difference whether you go in Open, Solo or PG. The only thing you are doing wrong is not believing that they are not available. ;)
There is one this week though - Mining CG :)
