Your Feature Request / Idea
Currently, there is no indication of a “heading” (such as a compass) in the main window, on the map, or in the 3rd person vehicle view (jeep, helicopter, gyrosphere). Especially in the 3rd person view, but also just generally on the map / in the main view of a big park, one can easily lose their orientation.
Please add a compass at least to the 3rd person view, and to the map view.
Optionally, on the map view as well as in the main window, there should be the functionality of resetting the view to be heading north, possibly by simply clicking on the compass icon.
Both of these functions (compass + reset view) are actually quite common in many strategy games.
