It seems that Planet Zoo uses much of the same engine/features as PlanCo. I'll be very excited if they announce backward compatibility with workshop blueprints or Thememaker Toolkit. I'm also very excited about the new weather system, and deeper management features, but its a shame they are not available in PlanCo. Theres tons of plants and rocks that are already available in PlanCo, and it feels kind of strange paying full price for Planet Zoo if they are not compatible with previous uploads.
I know theres already quite a few discussions about whether or not Zoos should have rides, and I don't see why there should be such restrictions in a creative construction game, the more the better right? but it seems like theres already some rides being announced which seems kind of strange that new rides may appear in Planet Zoo but not PlanCo? it seemed so much easier back in the RCT3 days
the DLC for PlanCo is expensive as it is, I can only imagine what these 2 games will total in price in a couple more years (its like $100 for just the DLC)
also what happened to the name of Planet Safari that was originally leaked years ago? is that being saved for a future release? maybe after PlanCo2 ?
almost forgot about my pre-order VIP guest pass, that should carry over too right?
