Concerning my recent experience with FD support.......

This event that occured need to be heard by the community.
I made a preorder for Odyssey and all has gone south.But in less than 24 hours FD support proved it's lightning fast support by contacting me providing superb solution for all the issues that occurred.
A lot of people here including my self have complains concerning ED matters , but as far as account problems support , those guys deserve a raise!
So a big thanks to support.Their commitment to support us is at least professional.

The few interactions I have had with support haven't been handled well at all, unfortunately. Glad to hear that isn't the same for others.
 
I've had the exact opposite, the absolute worst, experience with Frontier support. In the first ticket, they refused to recognise let alone attempt to find a solution for the graphical issue I'd had for a long time. Despite the great many before-after comparison screenshots I threw in their face. This futile correspondence lasted for over a week.

In the other one, they refused to correct the description of our then minor faction. While our description was lore friendly and grammatically correct, their version contained errors so bad the description no longer made any sense. Their argument was basically that "our lore team knows better". My wing abandoned that minor faction because of this.
