I'd just like to say, overall I am very impressed with the PS4 version of Elite Dangerous - thanks to everyone involved at FD. :D

I am actually enjoying it more than my PC ED setup. Why? - the dualshock 4 control mapping is just brilliant and feels so intuitive - especially with the motion sensor and touch pad integration.

I can't express how thrilled I am with this game. As someone who started on XB1 last summer, I immediately abandoned it when I heard there was ultimately going to be a PS4 version (PS4 being my preferred console to play on). I am so glad I waited! It was well worth the wait and I am so happy to be back in the game.

Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this game to the PS4.

Me too! I absolutely love it. I used to play this in the 80s and I've been waiting very patiently for it to arrive on the PS4. I bought No Mans Sky last year as a stop-gap and it was the only game I've ever returned for a refund. Absolute dross. Well done to everyone at Frontier for remaking this classic.

I am right there with you! I too played a little on the Xbox but then waited. I love this game, I love the places that i go in my mind when I play this game and then when I go outside and look into the night sky and think how small we really are. Thank You FD for bringing us a universe that we can explore and meet new people in. Wen I was a kid I always wanted something with this kind of detail and did not think we would get it.

Count me also, I played E.D. on the PC until HORIZON release (that sadly my PC cannot handle anymore) and I was waiting Elite on the PS4 with so much desire! The game arrived and it is absolutely Top of the Notch for me. This game, plus Gran Turismo and I'm all set for the future! Thanks FD!!! Thanks Mr. Braben!!!

Coming over from the Xbox version, I am really like this PS4 version. The controls seem smoother and have not yet accidentally boosted when trying to deploy the landing gear. On the Xbox is was so bad, I had to remap the feature.

I played for a while on the PC during late beta, but I just couldn't get enthused about it. The controller mappings were crap, hated the mouse and keyboard, tried a HOTAS and hated it. SO I just stopped playing altogether. Since the PS4 release though, it's all I play anymore, and all I can think about during the day, hence visiting the forums when I should be working...

Its so cool see positive comments in a game forum! On most gaming forums there are only complaints, haters, trolls and toxic comments even the game being good

Its means that i did a good choice buying this game

I had it on PC, I thought it would be nicer to play on PS4, with a PS4 controller, I think it feels better, more suited to the controller playing on PS4, and everyone else using the same thing in the same boat just feels better.

FD have done alright out of me. I bought the Alpha for PC, just rebought ED on PS4, and planet coaster the other day, I think thats thanks enough, dont even know when I'm going to have time to play both :)
