Console Copy Portal : 'Database Error' [RESOLVED]

i have to rebuy odyssey? i transferred to the correct account and im being told i need to buy it again through frontier even though i bought it through epic games

Well then I'm definitely stuck lol, it says my name is unavailable and to choose another
Tried putting the Cmdr name from my PC account deleted last night but still getting the Database Error.
Alllrighty, in this instance would you both mind opening a Customer Service ticket please :)?

We have identified an issue on web side which could very well be the primary issue (I said beast in the OP...) in the mix, if none of the above bullet points solve your issue.
We need to roll out a fix for this, which is due to be embedded in the portal in a round an hour. Please do try again at around 19:00 BST.

Will this affect a transfer in progress?
 
Im seeing a pattern here. The database error seems to be happening more with the people who already had an elite pc account and just deleted their old pc save to make room for the console save. This is also what I did and have been experiencing this error since the moment the web portal went live.

It's strictly not that actually, I THINK that's a separate issue that I really would ask you to send along to https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5926076364188 if you get a chance. It's helping me keep up a bit with this other one o7

I'm able to logon to Horizons and all looks good but when I try logon to the Frontier store it fails. I was able to logon to this forum however with the new account.
I've tried a different browser and tried to reset the password but no luck. Any ideas before I log a ticket with support? I'd like to add Odyssey on and I beleive the way to do that is to buy it on the frontier store.
