We have identified an issue on web side which could very well be the primary issue (I said beast in the OP...) in the mix, if none of the above bullet points solve your issue.
We need to roll out a fix for this, which is due to be embedded in the portal in a round an hour. Please do try again at around 19:00 BST.

It's helping me keep up a bit with this other one o7Im seeing a pattern here. The database error seems to be happening more with the people who already had an elite pc account and just deleted their old pc save to make room for the console save. This is also what I did and have been experiencing this error since the moment the web portal went live.
