We need a official statement about the situation on console. And btw we don't expect news before march 2022...

If nothing is being said, then you should assume it's because a negative reaction is feared in the event of saying anything.

Have you looked out of the window recently? I don't know how people can be optimists these days. Nothing ever goes well.

I mean heck, just look at Odyssey on PC.

It was a tongue in cheek comment, it really wasn't that serious, it's a game (that I love) about pretend spaceships.
Hearing nothing is absolutely preferential to the bad news that I hope isn't to come.
As they say, hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Heh, the logic behind "FDev has said nothing of the sort" equals "FDev is taking away console support" is amazing to read here. :ROFLMAO:

I have been content to be patient… but that patience is wearing very thin now. I don’t want a port of a half-baked expansion. But I would expect a least a modicum of respect for console players, in the form of information or good will gestures.

I begin to wonder that we are being played for fools.

DOOM.

If consoles are dropped, PC will follow. Maybe not in 2022, but 2023? I could see that being ED's final year if things are so dire that Fdev can't afford to manage a multiplatform game anymore.

The patient has entered the terminal stage...
