Therefore would you clarify what you mean by indefinitely at your earliest convenience?
If you think back to when consoles were delayed "indefinitely" it means that. No plans, no timeframe, no immediate intentions of stopping the transfer...indefinitely. When they do announce a date when they'll stop the transfer then it will be "definitely".

30 hours' wait for me recently. But that might change now the portal opened.
 
@sallymorganmoore hey is there any new information about the database errors and when we may have it resolved? I've been trying to complete the transfer since literally seconds after it opened. Before it was even officially announced on the forums. Tons of people in my Squadron and on the FB groups I manage have been reporting they were successful, but I just can't get it to go through for the life of me. Is it really just because of high traffic, or are there more issues atm? Is there anything I can maybe do on my end to increase the chances of successful entry into the queue?

If you've already bought Odyssey on PC for a different store-platform than what you transferred your console account to, then contact support and tell them you didn't read the instructions, they might be able to help.
 
Tried to log into new account with the new email, via Frontierstore, says it's been locked. I'm hoping it'll be unlocked when the transfer is completed.

i transferred it to my epic games account which is where i bought it soooo not my fault.

EDIT Looks good - will look for any differences with PS4 account.

This is how good it is - the shields of the ship were about 65%, and charging quickly in a station. It copied it over at that percentage, too.
