I'm looking into it now. Unfortunately I got my smart TV a year too early, my Samsung galaxy s8ultra is currently unsupported so I'm looking into the Xbox route. Probably just gonna go with the steam deck until I can afford a betBest of luck to you!!

This might be enough to get me back in the game. My console account is currently exploring the cosmos and my PC account is in the bubble. Will both accounts have the odyssey access I bought for PC?

No the new copied account will only be Horizons. (FDev are only offering Horizons accounts). This is another reason why I am wiping my existing PC save because I don't want to pay for Odyssey twice.

I did a wealth and Livery transfer because the other transfer is horizons only.

Question about the transfers process does EDev Know how they are going to do the process will it be like the old Ticket System, or a new system ?

Since I've only a volunteer so I don't have any specifics. I'm sure they'll let ya know when the time comes.

Question about cloning:
I own the game on my main Xbox account. When console development was initially halted, I purchased the game (Horizons AND Odyssey) on PC. I'd like to clone my main account to my PC copy, but since I own the game on Xbox, will I still receive an extra copy of horizons? Can I copy an alternate Xbox account to that new copy of horizons?

My understanding is the "free" copy of Horizons will be the direct Frontier version. I mostly game through Steam. Will I be able to link my account to Steam and would a be able to buy a copy of Odyssey through Steam and link it to the "free" account?

Yes, a Frontier account can be linked to a Steam account and you can play it using the Steam Launcher.
There are links floating around, however i would advise you to buy your Odyssey from Frontier too, they do have discounts on their site as well

Probably. I've done that with bought copies, so unless they've gone out of their way to stop you it should be ok. You'll need to export the steam key from frontiers site then buy Odyssey on steam as described on the support site.

I liquidated my PC commander and used my PS5 Fleet Carrier to transfer all the PC credits to the PS5 ready for the transfer back to PC.

Sell stuff from your PS carrier at extortionate prices to your PC CMDR. Then buy it back onto the PS carrier by setting the price low. Then rinse and repeat.

It's just a way of moving your cash between two accounts manually.

If you have a fleet carrier of course ...

I read the FAQ, so I'm pretty sure I have my answer already. Which is no. I play on PC already, but I was wondering if it would be at all possible to transfer my Current Assets Value/Credits from Console to PC. I put a lot of time in console before transitioning and even if I can't get the ships and stuff from console, it would be nice if I could get my credits back.

There’s still an option for a “wealth transfer” from console to an existing PC CMDR so I think what you’re asking Is possible.

I primarily fly in VR on PC, when on foot I switch to a 60inch LED TV and use an Xbox controller. An extra long HDMI cable is all that was required.
