Constructing a specific Economy

Actually it has a science outpost above(primary) what i wanted after seeing things to make it an exctraction economy i have system with 30 ice bodies for industry was wondering if exctraction could overide the two industry buildings
Debatable as to whether you'd actually manage to override them, but most extraction outputs aren't consumed by industrial so you'd get most of your exports anyway.
(Gold, Silver, etc. you're not going to get, though)

i see, if i went all the way to T3 it would give this. theres an other system i had a commercial oupost(commericial orbits a gas giant) has a HMC planet in the system (6 slots) but its iron magma and 1.75G but also two astroid belts.

Also the refinery system here if i do it like this it wont have any weak links and should be fine right?golf mike can be removed too(i had a refinery hub placed but now guess ill never finish cause it creates weak link)

Orbis versus Ocellus stations.

The wikis and other online sources claim that an Orbis is larger and gives a higher population, but the tools (like DaftMav's) suggest they both offer the same population increase/maximum as each other. Which is correct?

The fairly low population numbers on my spreadsheet were from the early beta phase before FDev flipped the switch to get the real population numbers you'd expect from a large station. It's probably still a good rough indication of which structures give more population than others but it hasn't been updated to the current population amounts.

The wikis may mention something like that but it's probably just some background lore on the stations, like Orbis being a much older design etc. But that's pre-colonization and does not apply to player-colonized systems. So Orbis and Ocellus are likely still the same in population size, aside from the usual RNG variation with every build. The T3 station population numbers were always between 90k ~ 115k with every build so I assume the same variation happens with the current real population numbers, just with larger amounts.

Thank you. And good, I hope so, as I wanted my final station to be a population booster and worried I picked the wrong one!
