Ditto. Not much for Bourbon myself, although I haven't tasted any really good ones. Peaty single malt is my favourite - anything from Islay (Ardbeg Supernova 2009 is just amazing), but I like the more gentle ones too. It's such fun exploring

I saw an awful lot of the interiors of distilleries when I contracted for Diageo. The pit itself was a surprise to me, all sorts of crap floating about in there lol.

Also - the fun you have trying to get into a bonded warehouse to replace the pins on a 40 year old dot-matrix printer. Yay!
