Here too, I can understand if the servers were busy but my launcher seems to be quite oblivious to any actual "update"...
Everything sounds phenomenal, and I cannot wait for the full release of the 1.4 patch.
I didn't read everyone's posts, but I am sure many of you caught onto the "rare bug that causes stations to explode and then respawn". Does that mean that potentially down the road we will have the ability to attack and destroy stations? I mean if the station explodes, even if it is now a bug, that suggests that there is coding that stations can be damaged and destroyed. Sounds like something interesting in the far future of the game if attacking stations is an intended update at some point.

If you are referring to all of the ships and modules, then it is the Founder's World, which you can use that search term in the Galaxy navigation search query. However, you need to be a Founder or have reached the rank of Elite in any of the three Pilot Federation Ranking. Access also affords a good percentage off from the purchases of ships and modules. I read 8% and 10%, but when I spec'ed out my Anaconda there I spent 420 million on a 475 million build.

Been having the same issue since install, which was more than 2 hours ago now.
This was my view when it was announced, and all the focus in the newsletters and dev updates was getting quite annoying.
And then I played it!
It's great fun!

Thanks but usually in the beta, there is a system where everthing for testing puropose
They are most likely talking about destroying the station object in RAM. Not a "real" station destruction.

Thanks - looking forward to 1.4 going live then - been holding off going out on my next exploration run until new stuff was out there to discover!
The download rate is based on an equivalent rate of download speed according to the files being downloaded/patched or left alone. When you see the download speed above your usual internet download speed, it just means it's leaving a bunch of existing game files on your PC as-is.
I can play the beta just fine but a friend of mine can't login after starting the game, he just gets the message "your account is not reachable".
Is that because he bought the Lifetime pass just today? Will it be working tomorrow or what is the issue here?

So, this is kind of cruel, not knowing what's going on.
1) Is any one else having issues with their launcher not prompting/providing the 1.4 update on PC?
2) Is anyone on XB1 getting the update? The change log mentions fixes for the XB1, therefore you'd expect an update when you first fire up ED.

Is this a possible fix for the low FPS in SC the latest AMD graphics driver in Windows 10 was causing.

not getting option, last response I had from support, said CQC option would appear in launcher very soon (2 hrs ago), but if it doesn't by tomorrow evening to get back in touch. Can wait another day I guess
