Not fun at all when that happens...

Game has already started for everyone else but the player. During this period all controls are locked.

Can confirm, happened to me two games in a row and I feel like a total because i *CAN'T* help my team, not that I don't want to, but I just cannot

Never saw this in beta or stress test. Have seen it many times since release. I'm guessing it's a server thing.
