Crash of the Game after open Zoo

Hallo together,

I've got a crash after I open a Zoo. This happend only at one Zoo. Everything else works.
Do you can help me? I dont get a error or somthing.

I have already lowered the graphics. I thought it could be because of it.

I have a Geforce GTX 1070 and an Intel i7-8700 CPU. I dont think that the problem is at my pc.

Since the update I get this message before my game crashes:

(This zoo contains additional content that you do not own. You will be redirected to the main menu. )

However, the problem existed before.

I’ve read somewhere that there might be a conflict with the Artcic DLC. Does this one zoo that crashes contain stuff from that DLC? This would explain the message: The latest version does not recognize that you own the DLC and can use all the animals and pieces in your zoo.

@Jileha Yes, Arctic Pack content is used in this zoo. This, as well as the new DLC South America has been bought.

Do you know a way to fix this?
Why do I only have this problem at one/this zoo?
Furthermore, I had the problem before the update and hoped that the problem would be solved with this update.
