Crew escape pods and hazard pay (and roles!)

Gonna post this again.

IMO, complete deletion of crew is rather harsh. I have yet to lose one, but training up another harmless would suck.

Instead, just have them demand hazard pay if you blow up? Something like 100k for every 1% of profit share they take?


...That, and of course, EVERY single activity should benefit from multicrew. They DO get paid for it, after all. Instead of just fighter piloting. That's mining (automated miner turrets?), exploration (automated slow-ish scanning), hauling (not sure, % chance to reveal slightly better prices just for you?), and so on.
