Either it's "solved" and it's "tching the stones. " (note there's an extra space after the period) or there's more to it and what we have now is partial lines with the letters:

It could also be that "tching the stones. " is the end of whatever message and we are missing the first part of the message. "tching" could be anything from etching, to complaining. Either way it seems we need more info.

If it's four letters before the ----tching, which would fit with a missing "top line" then this actually look right.
What it means is another story.
That first picture is in reality the third in a series of currently three, with each overlapping ever so slightly. The complete picture looks like this:
This translates into "tching the stones. "
Who's making the puzzle, George Lucas? I bet my AspX it's something related to Dev diary 3.

If there is a meaning to the different brightness of those numbers it eludes me so far. Only thing I can say right now (if there's a meaning behind it): It's not deciphered via binary to ASCII

Well, I decided to test my own theory. I checked on an active Thargoid site. No changes. Drove around it, went inside it to the map room (I didn’t know you could just drive in there, thought you needed stuff, so that was cool).
No response to binary in /local since you can’t target em directly for communication. So yeah. Cool spooky site, some codex entries, so exploration data and that’s about it.
New theory: MINING BALANCE PASS (due in part to the recent YT vids from Exegious, Yamiks and OA discussing risk/reward). Our lasers etch or carve the rocks we mine. Eh? Eh? No...?
Proof that the rolling stones are still touring in 3305. Where do you think those "progenitor cells" come from?
