Crystalline Shard sample = pink viper

As title says, sampling crystalline shards crashes with pink viper. any way i can fix this?

Fly to another patch.

Same here since yesterday. It will crash even if I log out/ log in. Reading Google, this was an issue 2 years ago and I already submitted my ticket.. But being on the DW3 expedition and the carriers getting farther and farther away.. may have to forgo this one
