Cutter Interceptor killer shield question

I am using 7A reinforced prismatic shields on my Interceptor killer I am wondering if this is the best choice. Do you more experienced CMDRs have any suggestions.

If you're going to be actively engaging them (not just trying to avoid them while running cargo/passengers), no shields. Especially not prismatics, they will go down the first time you get hit with a lightning attack and will never come back up.

Reinforced/low draw biweaves are better for farming AXCZs, in my opinion. They come back, kinda, and they don’t wipe out your sys. So you can easily handle scouts and low end interceptors without much stress. But yeah, the shieldless cold orbit/gauss meta is probably best if you’re aiming for high end interceptors? Even cutter prismatics can’t face tank a hydra.
