Quick Cycle 134 Summary
Basically, nothing happened. But it happened very excitingly!
ALD tried to expand into Miroman, which would have been very profitable for them. We put a huge consistent effort into opposing it, and that paid off - they failed.
Torval tried to expand to Kavalliyala. Someone sniped the hell out of them. They failed.
We tried to expand to Kherthaje, and we thought we had a huge lead until right until 20 minutes before cycle when the imperials dropped a 300k merit snipe on us. That is massive. So it sucks for us, but well done to them for not just earning that many merits, but also keeping them hidden from us.
In addition, Torval tried to prepare HIP 95256 which is a very nice profitable system for them, but with 5 hours to go we decided to haul our asses off and out-prep her. And we did. We got a bunch of very surprised Imperials turning up wondering what the hell we were doing in that system, and trying to interdict and kill us, but we had no deaths, and all cargos delivered. Congrats to all who participated.
