I spent roughly 7 hours over the past few days on my first attempt at a Dark Ride. It seems that you can build a pretty decent Dark Ride if you put some time into it, although the ride will only be 'Dark' at night time, because the lighting inside mirrors that of the outside. Looking back, I would like to build it bigger next time, and definetely more of it inside. My plan is to create something like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disneyland Paris, with entire cities and dungeons, treasure caves, water, terrain editing etc.
