Man I wish I'd seen this `1.5 weeks ago. I was searching "known" sites looking for Barnacles for 2 days, only to find them all dead. I'd really wanted to experience that as intended by the game, not just buy them. Eventually I ended up buying from Danielle's (worked just fine). At least I made it back to Farseer to drop it off without being hassled. Maybe I'll go back for another look in the future.
