David Braben Interview with Edge

Edge has today posted an interview with David Braben following a recent catch up to discuss UK game development tax breaks, Kinectimals for Xbox 360’s upcoming motion sensing peripheral Kinect, and the future of 3D gaming. Featuring plenty of information on how developing for Kinect compares to traditional games development, and what we might see with Kinect later down the line (plus much more), it's well worth the read!

The full interview can be read on the Edge website.

I think it was the Duke of Wellington that said about the French after the battle of Waterloo "They came at us in same old way and we saw them off in the same old way",bit like the Elite question.:D

To me it make no sense to go out public with a non exsistent game. Wich is noting but at the stage of they going to start with it agian after the done what they doing now.
A good point to go public and make a view features public is wenn you got something in alfa stage better would be after the milestone of feature freeze. Better would be far in beta stage. The more you can make puiblic without braking promises. And don't make to much hype. BEcause that can backfire.

3D
There is also something like the 3D quality of each method.
Requierment of platforms for just one viewer or many. Like how well is the view angle.

The best 3D method is for BR 3d, FHD Plasma 3D tv. Full reso no 3D crosstalk and with shutter glasses best 3D experience form many viewers.

Well for portability for one viewer a 3D panel make more sense for the 3DS.

There is a reason the many 3D markets go for glasses. BEcause of some not so well known con's of non glasses methods.
