Deluxe Edition - where are my items?

I paid for the Deluxe Edition of Jurassic World Evolution 2 on PS4, installed the game and started it to find I am missing the items I paid for? Where are my 5 dinos and skins etc? Playstation says I have dowloaded it but it just isn't in my game.....help?!

I was just coming here to ask if the deluxe edition dinosaurs needed to be unlocked somehow, but I see that some people can't find them in the game at all. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. I still want to know if we need to do anything to unlock the deluxe edition animals, or if they're (supposed to be) available from the start in sandbox mode.

I still haven't bought the game, but I might buy it if we don't have to unlock the deluxe edition dinos. (I'm sure I'll buy it eventually, regardless, just saying I'll buy it faster and at full price if I hear some good news like "deluxe edition animals are automatically unlocked in sandbox.")

Hi there! You'll likely need to research their dig sites in Challenge Mode or Chaos Theory in order to be able to unlock them for use in Sandbox Mode. As far as I'm aware, your Vehicle Skins and Amenities Signs will be available to you in Sandbox Mode already.

I played through Challenge Mode on Canada. Still can't get my deluxe dinosaurs that I paid extra for.

If I paid for something, they should be available from the start.

You should be aible to unlock Huayangosaurus, Attenborosaurus and Geosternbergia in Canafa. For the others you have to do the research on other maps. JP Chaos Theory for one example tio unlock Pachyrhinosaurus and Megalosaurus.

Vehicle skins are also available to use on Challenge Maps. After a few days I also received the worn JP Jeep skin by signing up for the newsletter. I like that skin.
