Been toying with an Eterium Fan based website....
Just mainly for colours etc nothing set in stone

Lacks a page title and a favicon, and the scrolling text is painfully 90s Otherwise a nice clean look.

Nice, clean look overall, but I'd reconsider the scroll text (not really needed, is it) and the navigation buttons (they look like they come from certain free online button making tool that I also used a decade or so ago).

Scrolling text will be gone
Buttons I will look for an alternative....You know how it is....you see what kind of want in your head and I agree that's not quite it
