Hey Everyone,

Very happy to share that I've been working on a new short-format series to keep people occupied during Lockdown.

I'm hoping this series will help you learn more about the dinosaurs we all love, whilst also encouraging you to dive back into Jurassic World Evolution - and replay the game whilst at home.

Season Two of Dino Fact Fridays is titled The Factory Floor, and follows some of the dinosaurs found on Isla Sorna in The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III.

Episode One is on the beautiful sauropod, Mamenchisaurus, linked below. Please let me know what you think! :)

Episode Three has debuted! Why not learn more about the Pachycephalosaurus?

Yes! I love the pachy, it is such a unique and fun dinosaur to have in my parks.
Have you see the pachycephalosaurus in the Jurassic World Movie? It made a tiny cameo and It's HUGE! XD

Flying lizards were my favorites growing up (mostly because of Kimberly Hart, the first pink Power Ranger). Nice video once again and some fun facts :D

Thanks for all the love you've been giving the series Jens!

Pteranodon itself probably didn't coexist with Pachycephalosaurus, though there is a Moroccan relative, Tethydraco, that might have, being from a much closer time (the atlantic ocean was a bit smaller back then).

I didn't know this - you've taught me something, too! I always love when I get feedback on these that helps to inform my understanding of these animals, too! :)

COMPIES!!!
The tiny little terrors to poachers and little girl's sandwiches 😋
I was really surprised to have heard they got into this game, the compies never had a notable inclusion in a JP game since I believe The Lost World game on the psone.
Also have you read the JP novel? Though it is the proccompsognathus in the book and not the compsognathus, I still get the creeps when I see this little ones because of the events in the book 🙃

Yep, that sequence is rather terrifying...

Today's Episode explores one of the more unique Herbivores to appear in the franchise - the Corythosaurus.

Hope you all enjoy!

The corythosaurus has become my favorite herbivore in the game, they are really odd creatures and I figured out why I love them. I have a book with me when I was a kid, 'My first book of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures'. and I recalled how odd the depiction of the corythosaurus was then, and it stook out to me since then XD

On a JP note, there is a theory that the corythosaurus was meant to make its debut in the lost world jurassic park, where the hunters would catch the corythosaurus instead of the parasaurolophus. This is evident by Roland Tembo trying to say the parasaurolophus' name with a C of all things, and describing the head crest to be similar to Elvis. So there is a bit of a 'what if' speculation I would have with this dinosaur. :)

Ceratosaurus is an interesting one, there's a school of thought that they're more specialised on aquatic prey (lungfish & aquatic crocodile relatives), though I don't know how accepted that really is.
