Aegis Core launched a ‘purge of Socho’ aimed to gather Thargoid technology parts from the debris cloud left after destruction of the alien vessels. The goal of the operation, based out of Dantec Enterprise, is to compare the Thargoid variants to learn more about them. Admiral Tanner, the military liaison for Aegis, announced that the Eagle Eye surveillance installations are a success, and they’re now tracking signals from Thargoid surface installations deeper into human space. Local security in Huveang De reports Thargoid sightings, but also an inexplicable withdrawal of the alien forces from their system. The Coalition of Othime successfully completed its appeal to carve out an asteroid base in the system.
Both Senator Zemina Torval and Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval emerged from the turmoil they experienced last week. Unfortunately, four systems lost the Shield of Justice’s protection during a week of heavy criminal activity: Antliae Sector RD-T b3-3, HIP 27371, HIP 34698, and HR 4720. The recovery does mean the Emperor displaces the Shadow President in GalNet's galactic power standing, but that likely makes her forces more determined to send the Emperor's cause into turmoil again.
As the ancient celebration of alcohol and all things green comes to an end, the forces of the Emperor’s Shield of Justice have a interstellar hangover at hand. Due to the unrest, there was no command capital available to consolidate towards this week’s defence. Another rash of criminal undermining of the Emperor’s controlled systems is expected.
Two weeks ago, thirty seven systems were undermined or cancelled, but none of them reported the hostile activity until after GalNet counted and rated the week’s political efforts. If the commanders of the Shield of Justice are not prepared for a week of similar activity, they are asking to lose another four systems. Last week’s fortification was impressive in both amount and precision. This week, the Research Desk from the Kamadhenu Herald calls for a similar level of fortification, and so far, it is lacking.
The Emperor’s dominion is still under siege, and the dedication of loyal commanders will be the only thing that saves it. No preparation target can be pondered until the Shield of Justice shows its ability to protect its garrisoned systems.

Phra Narai has both a planetary and orbital outpost 151 ls from the arrival star. The closest Control Systems are Krinbea, Teliadjali, and Biliri. The sabotage target is around 18,000 tonnes, so the goal is to outhaul that quickly, and prepare for a last minute Winters preparation of the same sphere.
