She didn't seem hesitant at all. That was all meant to be playful/coy. It just means they can't share more information about it now but... There's a pack coming at some point next year.
What's uncertain about it is the theme and exactly when it will be arriving. They kept it open/vague like they did last time with Barnyard.

I doubt we will get a dictionary leak this time and even if we do it won't be for months, the leaks were days before the pack was fully announced

You know, as someone who was already sick and tired of bears when Southeast Asia was announced, now I want to see the American Black Bear in the game. It just feels wrong to have all species of bear minus one
Frontier With PZ DLCs
Given how long it takes to develop a product in a professional setting I'm more then willing to put money on the fact that they very much already started development. Development is tons more than just the models/textures/animations/code.
Also... now next dlc is officially the most mysterious one! What in da heck is going to do Frontier now?
