I completely forgot the stream was even happening today - genuinely surprised there’s another pack happening. Was not expecting that at all.
So now I feel like Secretary bird, tree too and echidna have to be coming in that pack, not sure what else but just a first hunch.

I'm still baffled, I was so convinced zookeeper's was it. I'm very happy don't get me wrong but woooow, I guess many many months of speculations are on our way ahahaha
Absolutely did not expect another pack - Zookeepers seemed like such a natural end point, with its celebratory theme. Now just hoping that the pack has some exciting new animals. If Frontier could find a way to slot the yellow-throated marten in, I would be most obliged.

I know I say pretty much every animal pack should have more than one bird (cause sorry not sorry it’s true) but my god South America with just one would feel like a missed opportunity.
Like, I know the rhea is the most obvious option, but I think I’ll be a bit disappointed if we get just it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the rhea and it’d be a great addition, but then seeing say, an ocelot or vicuña make it in over a whistling duck, scarlet ibis, etc. despite how different all of them are would be kinda bum. The issue wouldn’t be getting the rhea - quite the opposite - it’ll be the fact that we didn’t get enough birds in the first place when there are a bunch of redundant mammals that I’d happily ditch for another bird. Tbh I’d be happy if we got the coati and that’s it for carnivorans/ungulates.
I don’t why I feel selfish saying that while ungulate fans can wish for like four-five members and be right despite being a significantly less broad group

Hard to tell. They may make another error. Hah. I do wonder what the reaction would be if they deleted "Goodfellow" and "secretary" from the dictionary.
I'm sure that they've already started development on it. And, they likely started development (or at least planning for it) ahead of the Zookeeper's Pack. They usually work on more than one DLC at a time.Well, I certainly wasn't expecting that news.
I kinda get the feeling that this new pack might only exist because the reaction to the Zookeeper's pack (in the context of a final pack) was only so-so... regardless of that, though, I'm excited!
What sort of news would you be hoping for? There is always slow/no communication between DLCs. Expect them to remain relatively silent between DLCs per usual. I am still not sure how people aren't getting this... It's literally how they have behaved throughout the game's entire lifespan.
Here's hoping! This is going to be another long round of theme guessing, etc.

I’m in full agreement, the continent is known about birds. We should get more than one. South America and Tropical packs having no tropical birds was a fumble enough. This pack only having one wouldn’t be much better. Zookeeper pack is one of my favorite packs now! Wonder why…
I have to say that it does indeed have a very strong roster (knowing that there is more coming and that it was not the last). The pieces are not the best but it has some useful ones. As a final pack still sucks ... But i guess that's because it wasn't
