DLC on a console

I play on a PS5, and my daughter also plays on a secondary account on the same PS5. If I buy some DLC bundles, will she be able to access them? I'm finding some really confusing information when I google for this information.
 
You should be able too I think you can share stuff with one other person but once it’s more than that it’s not allowed
 
I bought a couple of them, and my daughter has partial access. She can use the build pieces, but she does not have access to the animals in franchise mode. In challenge mode, she has access to the DLC animals.

That sounds like a glitch to me, there shouldn’t be a reason why animals are limited on franchise unless she can’t afford them. As far as I’m aware things bought on console should be available to everyone who plays on it. Or at the very least DLCs should also be like that.

Maybe check the PlayStation store, maybe there is a rule about that?
 
i'm having the same issues. i bought the game for my gf. she uses a secondary account for trophies etc but we live in the same house. I have her set up as a family account for game sharing. She has access to the scenarios, the build pieces, but not the animals.

i checked under my PS account and all the animals are there in the market but not in hers. IS there any way to fix this? i told her she can restart on my account but considering she's got 9 franchise zoos established already and completed all the scenarios on hard, she's a little deflated thinking about having to restart.
 
I finally got a response to my support ticket. Here's what they said:

To confirm does the secondary account own any content directly? I believe access via a secondary should be to the base game - can you confirm that access?

I guess this means it's not meant to be shared with the secondary account. I'm not sure I even know how to purchase a DLC on a minor's account.
