yeah, but musk ox or an animal with tons of high quality needed fur that early on in a arctic pack would be horrendous or a patagonian mara

Primates i tend to agree, but birds are such a huge and varied group that you can easily put 2 in a pack without them feeling samey.
Birds tend to get viewed on the same level as carnivorans, ungulates and primates in term of planet zoo, which is rather unfair imo. Depending on who you ask they are a whole class of vertebrates on the same level as mammals, which idk what scientists agree on currently but thats something.
To be fair i dont think they are equally in level to mammals in PZ but not on the same level as mammal orders either, its a little tricky

imo two more packs for 19 dlcs and 19 contents update
with this next one being Tropical/Safari themed hopefully Latin America as this game desperately needs it

There is a chance to make a "safari DLC" that features animals from África, India, Australia and SA if they want but is clear that with a name like that they probably would stick to just África as usual.
Thats why shrublands/savanah is the better name.
Do the patagonia duo, blackbuck, baboon and african land bird, honey badger and some wildcard and you got a pack going

Take your pick, the barnyard pack threw that pattern out for this year.
Its probably a environment pack, which could be sad yes because we wont get Latin America. The reason why is because is because we haven
't gotten an environment pack yet. Since Arid we got Oceania, Eurasia, and Barnyard. Two regionals and one misc., so it would make sense that the next pack would be an environment pack with it either being Savannah/Safari, Mountains/Highlands [Yeah I know its summer], or Coast/Island.

Well I guess you could class barnyard as an environment, but then last year had 2 regions so getting one environment doesn't really make it a pattern, we could get a environment pack again, a region pack or a general pack like the zookeepers pack we keep talking about.

So I’m wondering if frontier is reverting to the 2020 dlc plan of 3 dlcs spread out by 4 months. They missed June to continue operating on the 4 per year plan. I forget if Australia was announced in July or august but I would really like an announcement now.
I mean there really isnt a pattern anymore.
The first year after the continental packs were done was animal packs=biome scenery packs=Misc theme, and the only that had a real pattern.
Second year was biome based scenery, regional animal pack, regional scenery pack, regional animal pack.
And this year started with a biome(?)/Misc animal pack, so really who knows whats coming next. Could literally be anything.
The only thing we know for sure is that its an animal pack.
Yeah that is pretty much the roster i have in mind for sucha a pack
1. Patagonian mara
2. Greater rhea
3. Blackbuck
4. Honey badger
5. Olive baboon (just to mess with Charlie)
6. Sceretary bird/Grey crowned crane
7. Nile crocodile / Perentie
And a few scenery pieces and foliage, Barnyard style. Could also be a Cobra for exhibit.
What exactly would be the pieces?
a new thatch roof set and some more dry grass !

Camping tents, vehicles, decorative ítems and ton of foliage.
I hope it wont end with 19th dlc. I hope we will reach 20 dlc. I can see a dlc coming in summer, other in christmas and a final one in early 2025. Also rhe season pass from console edition ends in march 2025. That means 4 more dlc for console version.
