I didnt buy planet coaster, so i wanna see planet coaster 2 with the water element into it. I think ill have some fun with it.
I'd be more excited for aquatics, I could actually start building entire real aquariums instead of zoos. Also frontier seems to have a thing for water based features in each of the sequels they do.
I dont see any chance for Planet zoo with aquatics, obviously next game with Planet Zoo 2 will add the flying birds.
We need a Planet Aquarium Game, I can see many DLC's coming with it like:
Planet Aquarium: Freshwater pack [Comes with Freshwater fish]
Planet Aquarium: Freeze Pack [Comes with Animals like Penguins, and polar animals like the Walrus and Seals, Sea Otters]
Planet Aquarium: Amazon Waters Pack [With Manatees, Pirahna's and others.]
I don't think they should add Orcas, Dolphins and Belugas though. Too controversial to add it.

What's the point of a separate game that is the same thing, but with different animals?
Because it would blow up an average computer? Zoos aren't everything, just saying.
Aquariums simply cannot work with Planet zoo, sharks, fishes and everything need a whole new game to make.
Yeah that's why a sequel could tackle that, still a new game but an entirely new system that was impossible to do in the first. We have just seen that with pc2, water rides, upgraded pathing, new management systems, and possibly even ambient flying birds. Gives an idea what could come in a pz2.
Looking at the trailer and... I want those palms so badly in PZ omg.
Maybe we will never get them officially but I really hope someone ports them over as a mod once PlanCo 2 releases, they are very very cool.

Isn't that what sequels and DLC are for? And why work on two separate games when you could work together on one big game?

That's my hopeful conclusion about the implications that the PC2 trailer may have on PZ... I would be angrily devastated if they added birds there before we had them here in the animals based game... It may be one of the many easter eggs that the video had, but that one was for us PZ platers

But are they fully functional or are they just decorations?
I would get the sequel, a couple years out with noticeable quality of life features might make it worth it. To me the future game would need 3 things (outside of those quality of life features):
- Get me some aquariums. I don’t care if they are glorified exhibit boxes. I NEED MY FISH.
- BIRDSSSSSSSSSSSS
- I need to see what the starting roster is. While I get they may have to resell animals, I’m ok with that as long as it’s not too egregious and we got the stuff from above.
in truth, if they're getting scaling in PC2...getting scaling in PZ2 if/when it releases would definitely convince me to buy the game.
We don't know that yet, they are like dots in the sky and a bird shadow is present. It would be so funny if these are just bird props.
