Is the in game one not an Indian already? I assumed so?

Imagine if we get more Indian scenery pieces over a king cobra
Prediction:
1. Ratel (on cover)
2. Lion tailed macaque (on cover)
3. Blackbuck
4. Gaur
5. Great white pelican
6. Nilgai
7. Rusty spotted cat (seems like a Frontier pick)
I think a mongoose might be too similar to the ratel. I think the elephants are also just in key art to clue us in that it's India.

The one in game is named as Indian elephant but the zoopedia map shows Asian elephant
The one ingame is Indian indeed. Frankly the entire Asian/Indian vibe the keyart gives kinda rules out Forest Elephants for me; so I'm wondering if they were just to solidify the theme like they added the zookeeper for Zookeepers pack.
If it is the latter, it makes this an Indian Animal Pack for sure.
Still no aquariums announced for Planet Zoo 
A reminder there was bisons on the arctic cover art and the ingame asian elephant is already the indian one, elephants here means bubbles.
Aside from that, heck yeah, ratel and lion tailed macaque sounds exciting, hopefully blackbuck and gaur will be there aswell.

I mean the outline already kinda rules out forest elephant. Those are pretty clearly asian ones
Forest elephants also have concave backs, these have convex ones like Asiatic elephants.
Hmm I wonder if you look at it the other way around, the trunk could be like rear legs and it could be Gaurs grazing.
Anyways super happy about Honey Badger and Lion-Tail macaque, they were both on my wishlist. Did not expect news so soon.

This can go 3 ways I feel: (And hi you all, I haven't been around much lately)
1. Either it is indeed India pack, which feel likely to me and they include Sri Lanka, so Sri Lankan Elephant. Considering our current Asian elephant is already the Indian.
2. It is potentially still India and they throw a none-specific subspecies Asian Elephant in (so the grey wolf isn't the only one to be weird like that).
3. The theme is something else and it could be any subspecies of Asian Elephant.
Maybe a 4th option (probably not):
They update our current Indian Elephant

Now it's truly apparent that they're actively avoiding certain animals to save them for a sequel, and these packs feel so poorly planned out too because this makes more sense as a spring pack than the Americas desertic vibe. Honey badger sure seems like a better headliner for a safari lineup, and does that model in the art look...improvable.
