Yes, random_goat wishlist is the "true" one and the longest lasting oneI do not remeber, in which thread this discussion was, that we have a bit to much wishlists, but when I am right, the random_goat wishlist is the "true" one, right?
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to offend anyone but for me Suzie's list is a bit weird plus she makes a new one every year. In my opinion, the list that has been kept since almost the very beginning of the game shows trends bestI mean that's cool, but we have Suzie's 2025 wishlist. Instead of a whole new list, wouldn't it be better to work together?
But that's what I'm saying. Work together on it. RG's list is good, but very outdated. Our tastes change every year, and that's what RG tried to do, by starting a new list every so often.Don't get me wrong, I don't want to offend anyone but for me Suzie's list is a bit weird plus she makes a new one every year. Yeah, so DLC19 is coming April 2025. Technically May 2025 isn't here, so we could get DLC20 by thenMaybe May 2025, latest
We definitely will get a DLC 20, I GUESS , but not in May, haha, but would be awesome.Yeah, so DLC19 is coming April 2025. Technically May 2025 isn't here, so we could get DLC20 by then![]()
I think one could very well them around like exploration/research and or poaching. Those are like go to themes for education in zoos, especially for chimps its almost seems mandatory to have an explorers basecamp type deal for eduction somewhere by the enclosure.I must admit, although I've seen it pop up quite often, I do struggle envisioning a Rainforest pack after we already had the Tropical Pack.
It, and the South America Pack, heavily relied on rainforests for their visual aesthetic in their setup and in their marketing; and whilst I do believe you can have variations ( Arid and whatever the next pack is going to be seem to both feature deserts but are visually distinct enough), I don't know how much more you can deviate visually from what we already had between those two rainforest based packs.Like, temperate rainforests are an option but I do feel like the majority of people who want a rainforest pack are not talking about those kinds of rainforests.
In name and overall theme, I don't think we'll get a Rainforest pack. In roster? Yeah sure, something akin to Arid where you basically get an African Animal Pack but with a different name, why not?
I see what you mean, but I think there's still room for it. If it's just a matter of cover art there are ways around that, if they wanted to make it. Tropical and SA are both scenery packs, so the cover art is very detailed and includes a lot of the architecture. A Rainforests animal pack would have a blurred, hazy background behind the headline species. The colour palette could be dark or emerald green:I must admit, although I've seen it pop up quite often, I do struggle envisioning a Rainforest pack after we already had the Tropical Pack.

Or any colour really, since Grasslands is pink.
Another option for a roster that could overlap with a rainforests one would be an Arboreal Animal Pack. That breaks from the biome/geographical theme pattern but then so did barnyard, conservation and zookeeper's so there is precedent for it. And actually, Twilight and Aquatic are behaviour-related just as Arboreal would be.
It is crazy we don’t have any of those universal education pieces outside of those signs. Not this 19th pack but hopefully #20 delivers.I think one could very well them around like exploration/research and or poaching. And i think that would actually fits the new DLC format perfectly as you wouldnt need much construction pieces, just some props of crates, tents, research equipment and stuff
Ok not to double spam because I did just make the other message, but this is where I also agree. Rainforest is an easy theme to do with the diversity. It also references one single biome. One problem i see with arboreal pack is that there really arent to many options for simple animals. Which is why i personally think a rainforest pack would be more likely as you could fill out the pack with stuff like an anoa, red footed tortoise or duiker
Rainforest can also vary in foliage. Like Tropical and Temperate ones do for example.I go to school on a “Tropical” island, which also has cactus, aloe, and a more arid and scrub like biome near the beaches. When someone says “Rainforest” it really can only mention one thing.
