I mean, right now it's 8 in the morning for me. I've had announcements pop up around 9 before
Clocks go forward in the UK in spring. 2pm is always the release time here iirc.
10:30pm for me. I've gone to sleep around this time and woken up to an announcement.
Don't forget, my friend, we have summer and winter time in Europe.
Our hour shifts here as well, but I've still gotten then around 9 during summer
but they've been consistently around this time for the past few times...
